Middle Lagoon waves goodbye

Our last morning was marked by still conditions and an unexpected drenching "pea-soup" fog. As it burnt off we were blessed with some close views of whales in still waters including this flipper wave goodbye!

At low tide the opening to the lagoon is quite narrow. The reef upon which we walked yesterday is shaking off its fog. Finally here are some images showing a few of the locals and some scenery from our last day or two.
